House Rules
Before booking please review our house rules to make sure you are 100% comfortable for your stay?
- Age 25+ to book (minors may be accompanied by their parents or guardians)
- Register and provide a government ID in advance of arrival to Alexandra the host.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings allowed -ask about our event/filming rates
- Maximum number of guests based on your booked reservation number.
- No unregistered overnight visitors or guests on the property.
- No smoking, vaping or drug use in the home.
- We allow small hypoallergenic dogs for an extra fee.
- Security deposit credit card authorization form.
- All bookings over two weeks must sign a lease, have weekly or midstay cleanings at guests expense.
- Please no shoes in the house.
- You may use the grill and provide your own charcoal. Please clean it for the next guests or pay $50 cleaning fee.
- 3 cars maximum are allowed.
- Please park in the driveway or directly in front of the house.
- No boat or RV parking as mandated by the village.
- Respect the neighborhood quiet hours 10pm-8am. No loud music.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation Policy is Strict. Cancel within 60 days and get a full refund.
STORM POLICY
Hurricane season is from June 1- November 30th. No refunds given unless Government agency issues mandatory evacuation. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception Act of God, fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) payment is made. In the event of loss of power and or internet, or any other, “out of our control” event due to storms will be no granted refunds. Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance whenever possible during these times.

Florida is home to geckos, bugs, insects, iguanas, snakes, and many creatures that you may see on the property
