What is the neighborhood like – is it safe?
North Palm beach is the 4th safest town in Florida on par with Palm Beach island in terms of lack of crime and the home is on a quiet residential cut d sac. We ask that guests not disturb the peace and quiet of the cherished neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants are all a very quick car ride away.

Is there a pool? Is it safe?
Yes we have a brand new salt water in ground pool (upgrade for heat Nov-April) that is maintained weekly. We have a pool barrier for safety up to date for Florida pool code. Alternately there is a wonderful Olympic size pool at the north palm beach country club open to the public for a small entrance fee. Just two miles from Fairhaven.

How are you non toxic and sustainable?
Offer filtered sink and shower water, wellness home monitoring system to keep humidity in check. We are fragrance-free, plug-in free,  step free, carpet free (we do have an area rug and it is removable by request, harsh chemical free. We use organic cotton sheets and Zinus memory foam mattresses. Our floors are original restored terrazzo and we use baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and alcohol to sanitize. We give our gently used towels to Furry Friends animal center and favor fabric towels instead of paper towels. We do what we can to be environmentally friendly and non toxic. 

What is there to do in the area?
North Palm Beach country club is a 5 minute car ride away and is open to the public with Golf, Tennis, Olympic size pool and two restaurants. All pay to play for a small fee. Lilac pickleball courts are 4 miles away. Beaches like Juno beach, Singer island, and lakeside park beach are a short car ride away. 20 minutes from Palm beach island means you can be on Worth avenue in no time!

How far is the airport?
Palm Beach airport is 20 minutes away.

Fort Lauderdale international airport is about an hour away.
Miami International airport is about an hour and a half away.

Can I bring a pet, ESA, or service animal?
Fairhaven allows small hypoallergenic dogs or ESA for a pet fee. Legal Service animals are welcome without a charge.

Is there fast enough wifi to work from Fairhaven?
Yes the home has Xfinity wifi and is super fast. We have workstations for up to 5 people at the work bar in dining room and an additional desk in the 3rd bedroom.

How many people does the home sleep?

What about a security deposit?
Yes our security deposit is taken in the form of a credit card authorization form and is destroyed after returning the home in the same state as it was delivered.
